Exodus 10:28-29

28Then Pharaoh said to him, “Get away from me; take care never to see my face again, for on the day you see my face you shall die.” 29Moses said, “As you say! aI will not see your face again.”

Exodus 11:8

8And ball these your servants shall come down to me and bow down to me, saying, ‘Get out, you and all the people who follow you.’ And after that I will go out.” And he went out from Pharaoh in hot anger.

Exodus 12:11

11In this manner you shall eat it: with cyour belt fastened, your sandals on your feet, and your staff in your hand. And you shall eat it in haste. dIt is the Lord’s Passover.

Exodus 12:37-42

37And the epeople of Israel journeyed from fRameses to Succoth, gabout six hundred thousand men on foot, besides women and children. 38A hmixed multitude also went up with them, and very much livestock, both flocks and herds. 39And they baked unleavened cakes of the dough that they had brought out of Egypt, for it was not leavened, because ithey were thrust out of Egypt and jcould not wait, nor had they prepared any provisions for themselves.

40The time that the people of Israel lived in Egypt was 430 years. 41At the end of k430 years, on that very day, all the hosts of the Lord went out from the land of Egypt. 42It was a night of watching by the Lord, to bring them out of the land of Egypt; so this same night is a lnight of watching kept to the Lord by all the people of Israel throughout their generations.

Exodus 13:17-21

Pillars of Cloud and Fire

17When Pharaoh let the people go, God did mnot lead them by way of the land of the Philistines, although that was near. For God said, “Lest the people nchange their minds when they see war and return to Egypt.” 18But God oled the people around by the way of the wilderness toward the Red Sea. And the people of Israel went up out of the land of Egypt equipped for battle. 19Moses took the bones of Joseph with him, for Joseph
Samaritan, Septuagint; Hebrew he
had made the sons of Israel solemnly swear, saying, qGod will surely visit you, and you shall carry up my bones with you from here.”
20And rthey moved on from Succoth and encamped at Etham, on the edge of the wilderness. 21And sthe Lord went before them by day in a pillar of cloud to lead them along the way, and by night in a pillar of fire to give them light, that they might travel by day and by night.
