Exodus 10:9

9Moses said, “We will go with our young and our old. We will go with our sons and daughters and with our flocks and herds, for awe must hold a feast to the Lord.”

Exodus 12:14

14This day shall be bfor you a memorial day, and you shall keep it as a feast to the Lord; throughout your generations, as a cstatute forever, you shall keep it as a feast.

Exodus 32:4

4 dAnd he received the gold from their hand and fashioned it with a graving tool and made a golden
Hebrew cast metal; also verse 8
calf. And they said, fThese are your gods, O Israel, who brought you up out of the land of Egypt!”

1 Kings 12:32-33

32And Jeroboam appointed a feast on the fifteenth day of the eighth month like gthe feast that was in Judah, and he offered sacrifices on the altar. So he did in Bethel, sacrificing to the calves that he made. And he placed in Bethel hthe priests of the high places that he had made. 33He went up to the altar that he had made in Bethel on the fifteenth day in the eighth month, in the month that he had devised from his own heart. And he instituted a feast for the people of Israel and went up to the altar ito make offerings.

1 Corinthians 5:8

8Let us therefore celebrate the festival, jnot with the old leaven, kthe leaven of malice and evil, but with the unleavened bread of sincerity and truth.
