Exodus 11:4-6

4So Moses said, “Thus says the Lord: a‘About midnight I will go out in the midst of Egypt, 5and every firstborn in the land of Egypt shall die, from the firstborn of Pharaoh who sits on his throne, even to the firstborn of the slave girl who is bbehind the handmill, and all the firstborn of the cattle. 6 cThere shall be a great cry throughout all the land of Egypt, such as there has never been, nor ever will be again.

Exodus 12:29-30

The Tenth Plague: Death of the Firstborn

29 dAt midnight the eLord struck down all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, ffrom the firstborn of Pharaoh who sat on his throne to the firstborn of the captive who was in the dungeon, and all the firstborn of the livestock. 30And Pharaoh rose up in the night, he and all his servants and all the Egyptians. And there was ga great cry in Egypt, for there was not a house where someone was not dead.

1 Kings 13:3-5

3And he gave ha sign the same day, saying, “This is the sign that the Lord has spoken: ‘Behold, the altar shall be torn down, and the ashes that are on it shall be poured out.’” 4And when the king heard the saying of the man of God, which he cried against the altar at Bethel, Jeroboam stretched out his hand from the altar, saying, “Seize him.” And his hand, which he stretched out against him, dried up, so that he could not draw it back to himself. 5The altar also was torn down, and the ashes poured out from the altar, according to the sign that the man of God had given by the word of the Lord.

1 Kings 18:36-38

36And at the time of ithe offering of the oblation, Elijah the prophet came near and said, “O Lord, jGod of Abraham, Isaac, and Israel, let it be known this day that kyou are God in Israel, and that I am your servant, and that lI have done all these things at your word. 37Answer me, O Lord, answer me, that this people may know that you, O Lord, are God, and that you have turned their hearts back.” 38 mThen the fire of the Lord fell and consumed the burnt offering and the wood and the stones and the dust, and licked up the water that was in the trench.
