Exodus 12:22

22Take a bunch of ahyssop and bdip it in the blood that is in the basin, and touch cthe lintel and the two doorposts with the blood that is in the basin. dNone of you shall go out of the door of his house until the morning.

Exodus 24:3-8

3Moses came and told the people all the words of the Lord and eall the rules.
Or  all the just decrees
And all the people answered with one voice and said, gAll the words that the Lord has spoken we will do.”
4And hMoses wrote down all the words of the Lord. He rose early in the morning and built an altar at the foot of the mountain, and twelve ipillars, according to the twelve tribes of Israel. 5And he sent young men of the people of Israel, who offered burnt offerings and sacrificed peace offerings of oxen to the Lord. 6And jMoses took half of the blood and put it in basins, and half of the blood he threw against the altar. 7Then he took the Book of the Covenant and read it in the hearing of the people. And they said, kAll that the Lord has spoken we will do, and we will be obedient.” 8 lAnd Moses took the blood and threw it on the people and said, “Behold the blood of the covenant that the Lord has made with you in accordance with all these words.”

Hebrews 8:7-9

7 mFor if that first covenant had been faultless, there would have been no occasion to look for a second.

8For he finds fault with them when he says:

oBehold, the days are coming, declares the Lord,
when I will establish a new covenant with the house of Israel
and with the house of Judah,
9not like the covenant that I made with their fathers
on the day when I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt.
For they did not continue in my covenant,
and so I showed no concern for them, declares the Lord.
