Exodus 12:25-27

25And when you come to the land that the Lord will give you, aas he has promised, you shall keep this service. 26And bwhen your children say to you, ‘What do you mean by this service?’ 27you shall say, c‘It is the sacrifice of the Lord’s Passover, for he passed over the houses of the people of Israel in Egypt, when he struck the Egyptians but spared our houses.’” And the people dbowed their heads and worshiped.

Exodus 13:8-9

8 eYou shall tell your son on that day, ‘It is because of what the Lord did for me when I came out of Egypt.’ 9And it shall fbe to you as a sign on your hand and as ga memorial hbetween your eyes, that the law of the Lord may be in your mouth. For with a strong hand the Lord has brought you out of Egypt.

Exodus 13:14-16

14 iAnd when in time to come your son asks you, ‘What does this mean?’ you shall say to him, j‘By a strong hand the Lord brought us out of Egypt, from the house of kslavery. 15For when Pharaoh stubbornly refused to let us go, the lLord killed all the firstborn in the land of Egypt, both the firstborn of man and the firstborn of animals. Therefore I sacrifice to the Lord all the males that first open the womb, but mall the firstborn of my sons I redeem.’ 16 nIt shall be as a mark on your hand or frontlets between your eyes, for oby a strong hand the Lord brought us out of Egypt.”

Psalms 71:17-18

17 O God, from my youth you have taught me,
and I still proclaim your wondrous deeds.
18So even to pold age and gray hairs,
O God, qdo not forsake me,
until I proclaim your might to another generation,
your power to all those to come.

Psalms 78:3-6

3things that we have heard and known,
that our rfathers have told us.

the glorious deeds of the Lord, and his might,

5 He established va testimony in wJacob
and appointed a law in xIsrael,
