Exodus 12:26-27

26And awhen your children say to you, ‘What do you mean by this service?’ 27you shall say, b‘It is the sacrifice of the Lord’s Passover, for he passed over the houses of the people of Israel in Egypt, when he struck the Egyptians but spared our houses.’” And the people cbowed their heads and worshiped.

Exodus 13:8

8 dYou shall tell your son on that day, ‘It is because of what the Lord did for me when I came out of Egypt.’

Exodus 13:14-15
