Exodus 12:48-49

48 aIf a stranger shall sojourn with you and would keep the Passover to the Lord, let all his males be circumcised. Then he may come near and keep it; he bshall be as a native of the land. But no uncircumcised person shall eat of it. 49There shall be cone law for the native and for the dstranger who sojourns among you.”

Ruth 1:16

16But Ruth said, “Do not urge me to leave you or to return from following you. For where you go I will go, and where you lodge I will lodge. eYour people shall be my people, and your God my God.

Ruth 2:11-12

11But Boaz answered her, fAll that you have done for your mother-in-law since the death of your husband has been fully told to me, and how you left your father and mother and your native land and came to a people that you did not know before. 12 gThe Lord repay you for what you have done, and a full reward be given you by the Lord, the God of Israel, under whose wings you have come to take refuge!”

1 Kings 8:41-43

41“Likewise, when a foreigner, who is not of your people Israel, comes from a far country for your name’s sake 42(for they shall hear of your great name hand your mighty hand, and of your outstretched arm), when he comes and prays toward this house, 43hear in heaven your dwelling place and do according to all for which the foreigner calls to you, in order ithat all the peoples of the earth may know your name and jfear you, as do your people Israel, and that they may know that this house that I have built is called by your name.

The Queen of Sheba

1 kNow when lthe queen of mSheba heard of the fame of Solomon concerning the name of the Lord, she came nto test him with hard questions. 2She came to Jerusalem with a very great retinue, with camels obearing spices and very much gold and precious stones. And when she came to Solomon, she told him all that was on her mind.

Isaiah 56:3-7

3 Let not pthe foreigner who has joined himself to the Lord say,
“The Lord will surely separate me from his people”;
and let not the eunuch say,
Behold, I am qa dry tree.”
4For thus says the Lord:
“To the eunuchs rwho keep my Sabbaths,
who choose the things that please me
and hold fast my covenant,
5 sI will give in my house and within my walls
a tmonument and a name
better than sons and daughters;
uI will give them an everlasting name
that shall not be cut off.
6 “And vthe foreigners who join themselves to the Lord,
to minister to him, to love the name of the Lord,
and to be his servants,
everyone wwho keeps the Sabbath and does not profane it,
and holds fast my covenant
7 xthese I will bring to ymy holy mountain,
and make them joyful in my house of prayer;
ztheir burnt offerings and their sacrifices
will be accepted on my altar;
for aamy house shall be called a house of prayer
for all peoples.”
