3For Pharaoh will say of the people of Israel, ‘They are wandering in the land; the wilderness has shut them in.’

Exodus 15:9

I bwill divide the spoil, my desire shall have its fill of them.
I will draw my sword; my hand shall destroy them.’

Judges 20:32

32And the people of Benjamin said, c“They are routed before us, as at the first.” But the people of Israel said, “Let us flee and draw them away from the city to the highways.”

Ecclesiastes 8:11

11Because dthe sentence against an evil deed is not executed speedily, ethe heart of the children of man is fully set to do evil.

Ecclesiastes 9:12

12For man fdoes not know his time. Like fish that are taken in an evil net, and glike birds that are caught in a snare, so the children of man are hsnared at an evil time, when it suddenly falls upon them.
