Exodus 15:14-16

14 ^aThe peoples have heard; they tremble;
pangs have seized the inhabitants of Philistia.
15 Now are the chiefs of Edom ^bdismayed;
trembling seizes the leaders of ^cMoab;
^dall the inhabitants of Canaan have melted away.
16 Terror and ^edread fall upon them;
because of the greatness of your arm, they are still ^fas a stone,
till your people, O Lord, pass by,
till the people pass by whom ^gyou have purchased.

Joshua 2:9

9 and said to the men, “I know that the Lord has given you the land, ^hand that the fear of you has fallen upon us, and that all the inhabitants of the land ⁱmelt away before you.
