Numbers 20:12

12And the Lord said to Moses and Aaron, “Because dyou did not believe in me, eto uphold me as holy in the eyes of the people of Israel, therefore you shall not bring this assembly into the land that I have given them.”

Numbers 21:6-9

2 Samuel 12:14-18

14Nevertheless, because by this deed you have utterly nscorned the Lord,

David’s Child Dies

And the Lord afflicted the child that Uriah’s wife bore to David, and he became sick.
16David therefore sought God on behalf of the child. And David pfasted and went in qand lay all night on the ground. 17And the elders of his house stood beside him, to raise him from the ground, but he would not, nor did he eat food with them. 18On the seventh day the child died. And the servants of David were afraid to tell him that the child was dead, for they said, “Behold, while the child was yet alive, we spoke to him, and he did not listen to us. How then can we say to him the child is dead? He may do himself some harm.”

1 Kings 13:21-24

21And he cried to the man of God who came from Judah, “Thus says the Lord, ‘Because you have disobeyed the word of the Lord and have not kept the command that the Lord your God commanded you, 22but have come back and have eaten bread and drunk water in the place of which he said to you, “Eat no bread and drink no water,” your body shall not come to the tomb of your fathers.’” 23And after he had eaten bread and drunk, he saddled the donkey for the prophet whom he had brought back. 24And as he went away ra lion met him on the road and killed him. And his body was thrown in the road, and the donkey stood beside it; the lion also stood beside the body.

1 Corinthians 11:32

32But when we are judged by the Lord, swe are disciplined
Or  when we are judged we are being disciplined by the Lord
so that we may not be ucondemned along with the world.
