Exodus 16:9-10

9Then Moses asaid to Aaron, “Say to the whole congregation of the people of Israel, b‘Come near before the Lord, for he has heard your grumbling.’” 10And as soon as Aaron spoke to the whole congregation of the people of Israel, they looked toward the wilderness, and behold, the cglory of the Lord appeared in the cloud.

1 Samuel 25:36-38

36And Abigail came to Nabal, and behold, dhe was holding a feast in his house, like the feast of a king. And Nabal’s heart ewas merry within him, for he was very drunk. So she told him nothing fat all until the morning light. 37In the morning, when the wine had gone out of Nabal, his wife told him these things, and his heart died within him, and he became as a stone. 38And about ten days later gthe Lord struck Nabal, and he died.

2 Samuel 13:28-29

28Then Absalom commanded his servants, “Mark when Amnon’s hheart is merry with wine, and when I say to you, ‘Strike Amnon,’ then kill him. Do not fear; have I not commanded you? Be courageous and be valiant.” 29So the servants of Absalom did to Amnon as Absalom had commanded. Then all the king’s sons arose, and each mounted his mule and fled.

1 Kings 16:9-10

9But his servant iZimri, commander of half his chariots, conspired against him. When he was at Tirzah, drinking himself drunk in the house of Arza, jwho was over the household in Tirzah, 10Zimri came in and struck him down and killed him, in the twenty-seventh year of Asa king of Judah, and reigned in his place.

Luke 16:22-23
