Exodus 18:9-10
9And Jethro rejoiced for all the good that the Lord had done to Israel, in that he had delivered them out of the hand of the Egyptians.10Jethro said, a“Blessed be the Lord, who has delivered you out of the hand of the Egyptians and out of the hand of Pharaoh and has delivered the people from under the hand of the Egyptians.

19Now obey my voice; I will give you advice, and God be with you! You shall brepresent the people before God and cbring their cases to God,Numbers 10:29-32
29And Moses said to Hobab the son of dReuel the Midianite, Moses’ father-in-law, “We are setting out for the place of which the Lord said, e‘I will give it to you.’ Come with us, and we will do good to you, for fthe Lord has promised good to Israel.” 30But he said to him, “I will not go. I will depart to my own land and to my kindred.” 31And he said, “Please do not leave us, for you know where we should camp in the wilderness, and you will serve gas eyes for us. 32And if you do go with us, hwhatever good the Lord will do to us, the same will we do to you.”2 Timothy 1:16
