10 the Lord said to Moses, “Go to the people and ^aconsecrate them today and tomorrow, and let them ^bwash their garments

Exodus 19:14-15

14 So Moses ^cwent down from the mountain to the people and ^dconsecrated the people; ^eand they washed their garments. 15 And he said to the people, “Be ready for the ^fthird day; ^gdo not go near a woman.”
