Exodus 19:3-5

3while aMoses went up to God. bThe Lord called to him out of the mountain, saying, “Thus you shall say to the house of Jacob, and tell the people of Israel: 4 c'You yourselves have seen what I did to the Egyptians, and how dI bore you on eagleswings and brought you to myself. 5Now therefore, if you will indeed obey my voice and keep my covenant, you shall be emy treasured possession among all peoples, for fall the earth is mine;

Exodus 24:2-8

2Moses galone shall come near to the Lord, but the others shall not come near, and the people shall not come up with him.”

3Moses came and told the people all the words of the Lord and hall the rules.
Or  all the just decrees
And all the people answered with one voice and said, jAll the words that the Lord has spoken we will do.”
4And kMoses wrote down all the words of the Lord. He rose early in the morning and built an altar at the foot of the mountain, and twelve lpillars, according to the twelve tribes of Israel. 5And he sent young men of the people of Israel, who offered burnt offerings and sacrificed peace offerings of oxen to the Lord. 6And mMoses took half of the blood and put it in basins, and half of the blood he threw against the altar. 7Then he took the Book of the Covenant and read it in the hearing of the people. And they said, nAll that the Lord has spoken we will do, and we will be obedient.” 8 oAnd Moses took the blood and threw it on the people and said, “Behold the blood of the covenant that the Lord has made with you in accordance with all these words.”

Deuteronomy 4:10

10how on pthe day that you stood before the Lord your God at Horeb, the Lord said to me, qGather the people to me, that I may let them hear my words, rso that they may learn to fear sme all the days that they live on the earth, and that they may teach their children so.’

13 tAnd he declared to you his covenant, which he commanded you to perform, that is, uthe Ten Commandments,

Deuteronomy 4:23

23 xTake care, lest you forget the covenant of the Lord your God, which he made with you, and ymake a carved image, the form of anything that the Lord your God has forbidden you.

Deuteronomy 5:2-3

2 zThe Lord our God made a covenant with us in Horeb. 3 aaNot with our fathers did the Lord make this covenant, but with us, who are all of us here alive today.

Jeremiah 31:32

32not like the covenant that I made with their fathers on the day when abI took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt, my covenant that they broke, acthough I was their husband, declares the Lord.

Hebrews 8:9

9not like the covenant that I made with their fathers
on the day when I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt.
For they did not continue in my covenant,
and so I showed no concern for them, declares the Lord.
