Exodus 22:10

10If a man gives to his neighbor a donkey or an ox or a sheep or any beast to keep safe, and it dies or is injured or is driven away, without anyone seeing it,

Exodus 22:31

31 aYou shall be consecrated to me. Therefore byou shall not eat any flesh that is torn by beasts in the field; cyou shall throw it to the dogs.

Leviticus 22:8

8 dHe shall not eat what dies of itself or is torn by beasts, and so make himself unclean by it: I am the Lord.’

John 10:12-13

12He who is ea hired hand and not a shepherd, who does not own the sheep, sees the wolf coming and fleaves the sheep and flees, and the wolf snatches them and gscatters them. 13He flees because hhe is a hired hand and icares nothing for the sheep.
