Exodus 22:2-3
2 ▼▼Ch 22:1 in Hebrew
If a thief is found bbreaking in and is struck so that he dies, there shall be no bloodguilt for him, 3but if the sun has risen on him, there shall be bloodguilt for him. He shall surely pay. If he has nothing, then che shall be sold for his theft. Ezekiel 12:5-7
5In their sight ddig through the wall, and bring your baggage out through it. 6In their sight you shall lift the baggage upon your shoulder and carry it out at dusk. You shall cover your face that you may not see the land, for I have made you ea sign for the house of Israel.”7 fAnd I did as I was commanded. gI brought out my baggage by day, as baggage for exile, and in the evening I dug through the wall with my own hands. I brought out my baggage at dusk, carrying it on my shoulder in their sight.
Ezekiel 12:12
12 hAnd the prince who is among them shall lift his baggage upon his shoulder at dusk, and shall go out. iThey shall dig through the wall to bring him out through it. jHe shall cover his face, that he may not see the land with his eyes.Matthew 24:43
43 kBut know this, that if the master of the house had known in what part of the night lthe thief was coming, he would have stayed awake and would not have let his house be broken into.
