Exodus 22:21-24

21 a“You shall not wrong a sojourner or oppress him, for you were sojourners in the land of Egypt. 22 bYou shall not mistreat any widow or fatherless child. 23If you do mistreat them, and they ccry out to me, I will surely dhear their cry, 24and my wrath will burn, and I will kill you with the sword, and eyour wives shall become widows and your children fatherless.

Exodus 23:2

2You shall not fall in with the many to do evil, nor shall you bear witness in a lawsuit, siding with the many, so as to pervert justice,

Exodus 23:8-9

8 fAnd you shall take no bribe, for a bribe blinds the clear-sighted and subverts the cause of those who are in the right.

9 g“You shall not oppress a sojourner. You know the heart of a sojourner, for you were sojourners in the land of Egypt.

Deuteronomy 10:18

18 hHe executes justice for the fatherless and the widow, and loves the sojourner, giving him food and clothing.

Deuteronomy 24:17

17 i“You shall not pervert the justice due to the sojourner or to the fatherless, jor take a widow’s garment in pledge,

Psalms 82:2-4

Proverbs 17:23

23The wicked accepts ra bribe in secret
Hebrew  a bribe from the bosom

to tpervert the ways of justice.

Proverbs 31:5

5lest they drink and forget what has been decreed
and upervert the rights of all the afflicted.
