Exodus 23:20-23

Conquest of Canaan Promised

20 aBehold, I send an angel before you to guard you on the way and to bring you to the place that I have prepared. 21Pay careful attention to him and obey his voice; bdo not rebel against him, cfor he will not pardon your transgression, for my name is in him.

22“But if you carefully obey his voice and do all that I say, then dI will be an enemy to your enemies and an adversary to your adversaries.

23 e“When my angel goes before you and brings you fto the Amorites and the Hittites and the Perizzites and the Canaanites, the Hivites and the Jebusites, and I blot them out,

Isaiah 63:9

9 gIn all their affliction he was afflicted,
Or  he did not afflict

and the angel of his presence saved them;
iin his love and in his pity he redeemed them;
jhe lifted them up and carried them all the days of old.

Zechariah 1:8

8“I saw in the night, and behold, ka man riding on a red horse! He was standing among the myrtle trees in the glen, and behind him were lred, sorrel, and white horses.

Zechariah 1:10-11

10So mthe man who was standing among the myrtle trees answered, nThese are they whom the Lord has sent to opatrol the earth.’ 11And they answered pthe angel of the Lord who was standing among the myrtle trees, and said, q‘We have patrolled the earth, and behold, all the earth rremains at rest.’

Hebrews 7:25

25Consequently, he is able to save to the uttermost
That is, completely; or at all times
tthose who draw near to God uthrough him, since he always lives vto make intercession for them.
