Exodus 24:6-8

6And aMoses took half of the blood and put it in basins, and half of the blood he threw against the altar. 7Then he took the Book of the Covenant and read it in the hearing of the people. And they said, bAll that the Lord has spoken we will do, and we will be obedient.” 8 cAnd Moses took the blood and threw it on the people and said, “Behold the blood of the covenant that the Lord has made with you in accordance with all these words.”

These are the words of the covenant that the Lord commanded Moses to make with the people of Israel ein the land of Moab, besides fthe covenant that he had made with them at Horeb.

Deuteronomy 29:10-15

10“You are standing today, all of you, before the Lord your God: the heads of your tribes,
Septuagint, Syriac; Hebrew your heads, your tribes
your elders, and your officers, all the men of Israel,
11your little ones, your wives, and the hsojourner who is in your camp, from ithe one who chops your wood to the one who draws your water, 12so that you may enter into the jsworn covenant of the Lord your God, which the Lord your God is making with you today, 13that he may kestablish you today as his people, and that lhe may be your God, as he promised you, and mas he swore to your fathers, to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob. 14It is not with you alone nthat I am making this sworn covenant, 15but with whoever is standing here with us today before the Lord our God, oand with whoever is not here with us today.
