Exodus 25:12-15

12 You shall cast four rings of gold for it and put them on its ^afour feet, two rings on the one side of it, and two rings on the other side of it. 13 You shall make poles of acacia wood and overlay them with gold. 14 And you shall put the poles into the rings on the sides of the ark to carry the ark by them. 15 The ^bpoles shall remain in the rings of the ark; they shall not be taken from it.

Exodus 37:3-5

3 And he cast for it four rings of gold for its ^cfour feet, two rings on its one side and two rings on its other side. 4 And he made poles of acacia wood and overlaid them with gold 5 and put the poles into the rings on the sides of the ark to carry the ark.

Numbers 4:6

6 Then they shall put on it a covering of goatskin ^{▼▼The meaning of the Hebrew word is uncertain; compare Exodus 25:5} and spread on top of that a cloth all of blue, and shall put in its ^epoles.
