Exodus 26:33-34

33And you shall hang athe veil from the clasps, and bring bthe ark of the testimony in there within the veil. And the veil shall separate for you the Holy Place from the Most Holy. 34 cYou shall put the mercy seat on the ark of the testimony in the Most Holy Place.

Exodus 30:10

10 dAaron shall make atonement on its horns once a year. With the blood of the esin offering of atonement he shall make atonement for it once in the year throughout your generations. It is most holy to the Lord.”

Exodus 40:20-21

20He ftook the testimony and put it into the ark, and put the poles on the ark and set the mercy seat above on the ark. 21And he brought the ark into the tabernacle and gset up the veil of the screen, and screened hthe ark of the testimony, as the Lord had commanded Moses.

Leviticus 23:27

27Now ion the tenth day of this seventh month is the Day of Atonement. It shall be for you a time of holy convocation, and you shall afflict yourselves
Or  shall fast; also verse 32
and present a food offering to the Lord.

1 Kings 8:6

Hebrews 9:7-8

7but into the second only pthe high priest goes, and he but qonce a year, and not without taking blood, rwhich he offers for himself and for the unintentional sins of the people. 8By this the Holy Spirit indicates that sthe way into the holy places is not yet opened as long as the first section is still standing
