Exodus 28:21
21There shall be twelve stones with their names according to the names of the sons of Israel. They shall be like signets, each engraved with its name, for the twelve tribes.Leviticus 24:5

twelve stones in the midst of the Jordan, jin the place where the feet of the priests bearing the ark of the covenant had stood; and they are there to this day. Joshua 4:20
