Exodus 29:25

25Then ayou shall take them from their hands and burn them on the altar on top of the burnt offering, as a bpleasing aroma before the Lord. It is a food offering to the Lord.

Psalms 22:13-14

13they copen wide their mouths at me,
like a ravening and roaring lion.
14 I am dpoured out like water,
and all my bones are eout of joint;
my fheart is like gwax;
it is melted within my breast;

Zechariah 13:7

The Shepherd Struck

7 Awake, O sword, against hmy shepherd,
against the man who stands next to me,”

declares the Lord of hosts.
iStrike the shepherd, and the sheep will be scattered;
I will turn my hand against the little ones.

Hebrews 10:14-22

14For by a single offering jhe has perfected for all time those who are being sanctified.

15And the Holy Spirit also bears witness to us; for after saying,

16 kThis is the covenant that I will make with them
after those days, declares the Lord:
I will put my laws on their hearts,
and write them on their minds,”
17then he adds,

l“I will remember their sins and their lawless deeds no more.”
18Where there is forgiveness of these, there is no longer any offering for sin.

19 mTherefore, brothers,
Or  brothers and sisters
since we have confidence to enter othe holy places by the blood of Jesus,
20by pthe new and living way that he opened for us through qthe curtain, that is, through his flesh, 21and since we have ra great priest over the house of God, 22let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, with our hearts ssprinkled clean tfrom an evil conscience and our bodies uwashed with pure water.
