6the person who touches such a thing shall be unclean until the evening and shall not eat of the holy things unless he has fbathed his body in water.

The Full Assurance of Faith

19 iTherefore, brothers,
Or  brothers and sisters
since we have confidence to enter kthe holy places by the blood of Jesus,
20by lthe new and living way that he opened for us through mthe curtain, that is, through his flesh, 21and since we have na great priest over the house of God, 22let us draw near with a true heart in full assurance of faith, with our hearts osprinkled clean pfrom an evil conscience and our bodies qwashed with pure water.
