Exodus 29:40

40And with the first lamb a tenth measure
Possibly an ephah (about 3/5 bushel or 22 liters)
of fine flour mingled with a fourth of a hin
A  hin was about 4 quarts or 3.5 liters
of beaten oil, and a fourth of a hin of wine for a drink offering.

Leviticus 2:1

Laws for Grain Offerings

1“When anyone brings a cgrain offering as an offering to the Lord, his offering shall be of fine flour. dHe shall pour oil on it and put frankincense on it

Numbers 15:5

5and you shall offer with the burnt offering, or for the sacrifice, a quarter of a hin of ewine for the drink offering for each lamb.

Numbers 15:7

7And for the drink offering you shall offer a third of a hin of wine, a fpleasing aroma to the Lord.

Numbers 15:10

10And you shall offer for the drink offering half a hin of wine, as a food offering, a pleasing aroma to the Lord.

Numbers 28:7

7Its drink offering shall be a quarter of a hin for each lamb. In the Holy Place you shall pour out a drink offering of strong drink to the Lord.

Joel 1:13

A Call to Repentance

13 gPut on sackcloth and lament, hO priests;
iwail, O ministers of the altar.
Go in, jpass the night in sackcloth,
kO ministers of my God!
lBecause grain offering and drink offering
are withheld from the house of your God.
