The Burning Bush

1Now Moses was keeping the flock of his father-in-law, Jethro, the priest of Midian, and he led his flock to the west side of the wilderness and came to Horeb, the amountain of God.

Exodus 3:12

12He said, bBut I will be with you, and this shall be the sign for you, that I have sent you: when you have brought the people out of Egypt, cyou shall serve God on this mountain.”

Exodus 18:5

5Jethro, Mosesfather-in-law, came with his sons and his wife to Moses in the wilderness where he was encamped at the dmountain of God.

Acts 7:30

30Now when forty years had passed, ean angel appeared to him fin the wilderness of Mount Sinai, in a flame of fire in a bush.

Acts 7:38

38This is the one gwho was in the congregation in the wilderness with hthe angel who spoke to him at Mount Sinai, and with our fathers. iHe received jliving koracles to give to us.

Galatians 4:24

24Now this may be interpreted allegorically: these women are two lcovenants. mOne is from Mount Sinai, bearing children for slavery; she is Hagar.
