The Burning Bush

1Now Moses was keeping the flock of his father-in-law, Jethro, the priest of Midian, and he led his flock to the west side of the wilderness and came to Horeb, the amountain of God.

15Then Moses went up on the mountain, and fthe cloud covered the mountain. 16 gThe glory of the Lord dwelt on Mount Sinai, and the cloud covered it six days. And on the seventh day he called to Moses out of the midst of the cloud. 17Now the appearance of the glory of the Lord was like a hdevouring fire on the top of the mountain in the sight of the people of Israel.

1 Kings 19:8

8And he arose and ate and drank, and went in the strength of that food iforty days and forty nights to jHoreb, the mount of God.
