I know that he can speak well. Behold, che is coming out to meet you, and when he sees you, he will be glad in his heart.

Exodus 6:11

11Go in, tell Pharaoh king of Egypt to let the people of Israel go out of his land.”

26These are the Aaron and Moses dto whom the Lord said: “Bring out the people of Israel from the land of Egypt eby their hosts.” 27It was they who spoke to Pharaoh king of Egypt about bringing out the people of Israel from Egypt, this Moses and this Aaron.
