Deuteronomy 33:26-29

26 r“There is none like God, O sJeshurun,
twho rides through the heavens to your help,
through the skies in his majesty.
27The eternal God is your udwelling place,
Or a dwelling place

and underneath are the everlasting arms.

And he thrust out the enemy before you
and said, ‘Destroy.’
28So Israel lived in safety,

in a land of grain and wine,
whose heavens drop down dew.
29Happy are you, O Israel! aaWho is like you,

Nehemiah 9:18-25

So they ate and were filled auand became fat and delighted themselves in avyour great goodness.

Ezekiel 16:10-13

10 awI clothed you also with embroidered cloth and shod you with fine leather. I wrapped you in fine linen and covered you with silk.
Or with rich fabric
11 ayAnd I adorned you with ornaments and azput bracelets on your wrists and a chain on your neck. 12And I put a ring on your nose and earrings in your ears and a beautiful crown on your head. 13Thus you were adorned with gold and silver, and your clothing was of fine linen and silk and embroidered cloth. baYou ate fine flour and honey and oil. bbYou grew exceedingly beautiful and advanced to royalty.

Ezekiel 16:16

16You took some of your garments and made for yourself colorful shrines, and on them played the whore. The like has never been, nor ever shall be.
