Exodus 30:7-9

7And Aaron shall aburn fragrant incense on it. Every morning when he bdresses the lamps he shall burn it, 8and when Aaron sets up the lamps at twilight, he shall burn it, a regular incense offering before the Lord throughout your generations. 9You shall not offer cunauthorized incense on it, or a burnt offering, or a grain offering, and you shall not pour a drink offering on it.

Exodus 30:34-38

34The Lord said to Moses, dTake sweet spices, stacte, and onycha, and galbanum, sweet spices with pure frankincense (of each shall there be an equal part), 35and make an eincense blended as by the fperfumer, gseasoned with salt, pure and holy. 36You shall beat some of it very small, and put part of it before the testimony in the tent of meeting hwhere I shall meet with you. iIt shall be most holy for you. 37And the incense that you shall make jaccording to its composition, you shall not make for yourselves. It shall be for you holy to the Lord. 38 kWhoever makes any like it to use as perfume shall be cut off from his people.”

Leviticus 10:1-2

The Death of Nadab and Abihu

1Now lNadab and Abihu, the sons of Aaron, meach took his censer and put fire in it and laid incense on it and offered nunauthorized
Or strange
fire before the Lord, which he had not commanded them.
2And fire pcame out from before the Lord and consumed them, and they died before the Lord.

Leviticus 16:11-13

11Aaron shall present qthe bull as a sin offering for himself, and shall make atonement for himself and for his house. He shall kill the bull as a sin offering for himself. 12And he shall take ra censer full of coals of fire from the altar before the Lord, and two handfuls of sweet incense beaten small, and he shall bring it inside the veil 13 sand put the incense on the fire before the Lord, that the cloud of the incense may cover tthe mercy seat that is over the testimony, so that he does not die.

Numbers 16:35

35And ufire came out from the Lord and consumed vthe 250 men offering the incense.

Numbers 16:46-48

46And Moses said to Aaron, “Take your censer, and put fire on it from off the altar and lay incense on it and carry it quickly to the congregation and make atonement for them, for wwrath has gone out from the Lord; the plague has begun.” 47So Aaron took it as Moses said and ran into the midst of the assembly. And behold, the plague had already begun among the people. And he put on the incense and made atonement for the people. 48And he stood between the dead and the living, and xthe plague was stopped.

Malachi 1:11

11For from the rising of the sun to its setting my name ywill be
Or is (three times in verse 11; also verse 14)
great among the nations, and in every place incense will be offered to my name, and a pure offering. For my name aawill be great among the nations, says the Lord of hosts.
