11But aMoses implored the Lord his God and said, “O Lord, why does your wrath burn hot against your people, whom you have brought out of the land of Egypt with great power and with a mighty hand?

Deuteronomy 9:26

26 bAnd I prayed to the Lord, ‘O Lord God, do not destroy your people and your heritage, whom you have redeemed through your greatness, whom you have brought out of Egypt with a mighty hand.

Isaiah 63:16-19

16For cyou are our Father,
though Abraham does not know us,
and Israel does not acknowledge us;
you, O Lord, are our Father,
dour Redeemer from of old is your name.
17O Lord, why do you make us wander from your ways
and eharden our heart, so that we fear you not?
fReturn for the sake of your servants,
the tribes of your heritage.
18 gYour holy people held possession for a little while;
Or They have dispossessed your holy people for a little while

iour adversaries have trampled down your sanctuary.
19 jWe have become like those over whom you have never ruled,
like those who are not called by your name.

Isaiah 64:8-12

8 kBut now, O Lord, you are our Father;
lwe are the clay, and you are our potter;
mwe are all the work of your hand.
9 nBe not so terribly angry, O Lord,
oand remember not iniquity forever.
Behold, please look, we are all your people.
10 pYour holy cities have become a wilderness;
Zion has become a wilderness,
Jerusalem a desolation.
11 qOur holy and beautiful
Or  holy and glorious
house,
where our fathers praised you,
has been burned by fire,
and all our pleasant places have become ruins.
12 sWill you restrain yourself at these things, O Lord?
Will you keep silent, and afflict us so terribly?

Jeremiah 14:20-21

20 tWe acknowledge our wickedness, O Lord,
and the iniquity of our fathers,
ufor we have sinned against you.
21Do not spurn us, vfor your name’s sake;
do not dishonor your glorious throne;
wremember and do not break your covenant with us.
