Exodus 32:2

2So Aaron said to them, “Take off the arings of gold that are in the ears of your wives, your sons, and your daughters, and bring them to me.”

Exodus 32:34-35

34 bBut now go, lead the people to the place about which I have spoken to you; cbehold, my angel shall go before you. Nevertheless, in the day when I visit, I will visit their sin upon them.”

35Then the Lord sent a plague on the people, because they made the calf, the one that Aaron made.

Numbers 11:33-34

33 dWhile the meat was yet between their teeth, before it was consumed, the anger of the Lord was kindled against the people, and ethe Lord struck down the people with a very great plague. 34Therefore the name of that place was called fKibroth-hattaavah,
 Kibroth-hattaavah means graves of craving
because there they buried the people who had the craving.

Numbers 14:20-34

God Promises Judgment

20Then the Lord said, “I have pardoned, haccording to your word. 21But truly, as I live, and as all ithe earth shall be filled with the glory of the Lord, 22 jnone of the men who have seen my glory and my signs that I did in Egypt and in the wilderness, and yet have put me to the test these kten times and have not obeyed my voice, 23 lshall see the land that I swore to give to their fathers. And none of those who despised me shall see it. 24But my servant mCaleb, because he has a different spirit and has nfollowed me fully, I will bring into the land into which he went, and his descendants shall possess it. 25 oNow, since the Amalekites and the Canaanites dwell in the valleys, pturn tomorrow and set out for the wilderness by the way to the Red Sea.”

26And the Lord spoke to Moses and to Aaron, saying, 27How long shall qthis wicked congregation grumble against me? rI have heard the grumblings of the people of Israel, which they grumble against me. 28Say to them, s‘As I live, declares the Lord, twhat you have said in my hearing I will do to you: 29 uyour dead bodies shall fall in this wilderness, and vof all your number, listed in the census wfrom twenty years old and upward, who have grumbled against me, 30not one shall come into the land where I xswore that I would make you dwell, yexcept Caleb the son of Jephunneh and Joshua the son of Nun. 31 zBut your little ones, who you said would become a prey, I will bring in, and they shall know the land that aayou have rejected. 32But as for you, abyour dead bodies shall fall in this wilderness. 33And your children acshall be shepherds in the wilderness adforty years and shall aesuffer for your faithlessness, until the last of your dead bodies lies in the wilderness. 34 afAccording to the number of the days in which you spied out the land, agforty days, a year for each day, you shall bear your iniquity forty years, and you shall know my displeasure.’

Numbers 20:12

12And the Lord said to Moses and Aaron, “Because ahyou did not believe in me, aito uphold me as holy in the eyes of the people of Israel, therefore you shall not bring this assembly into the land that I have given them.”

Numbers 20:24

24 aj“Let Aaron be gathered to his people, for he shall not enter the land that I have given to the people of Israel, because akyou rebelled against my command at the waters of Meribah.

Deuteronomy 3:26

26But althe Lord was angry with me because of you and would not listen to me. And the Lord said to me, am‘Enough from you; do not speak to me of this matter again.

Deuteronomy 9:20

20And the Lord was so angry with Aaron that he was ready to destroy him. And I prayed for Aaron also at the same time.
