Exodus 32:4-8

4 aAnd he received the gold from their hand and fashioned it with a graving tool and made a golden

calf. And they said, cThese are your gods, O Israel, who brought you up out of the land of Egypt!”
5When Aaron saw this, he built an altar before it. And Aaron dmade a proclamation and said, “Tomorrow shall be a feast to the Lord.” 6And they rose up early the next day and offered burnt offerings and brought peace offerings. And ethe people sat down to eat and drink and rose up fto play.

7And the Lord said to Moses, gGo down, for your people, whom you brought up out of the land of Egypt, have hcorrupted themselves. 8They have turned aside quickly out of the way that iI commanded them. They have made for themselves a golden calf and have worshiped it and sacrificed to it and said, ‘These are your gods, O Israel, who brought you up out of the land of Egypt!’”

Exodus 32:31

31So Moses returned to the Lord and said, “Alas, jthis people has sinned a great sin. They have kmade for themselves gods of gold.

1 Kings 12:28

28So the king took counsel and lmade two calves of gold. And he said to the people, “You have gone up to Jerusalem long enough. mBehold your gods, O Israel, who brought you up out of the land of Egypt.”

1 Kings 14:9

9but you have done evil above all who were before you and have gone and nmade for yourself other gods and ometal images, provoking me to anger, and phave cast me behind your back,

Psalms 106:19-20

19 They qmade a calf in Horeb
and worshiped a metal image.
20They rexchanged the glory of God
Hebrew  exchanged their glory

for the image of an ox that eats grass.

Hosea 8:5-6

5 tI have
Hebrew He has
spurned your calf, O Samaria.
My anger burns against them.
vHow long will they be incapable of innocence?
6For it is from Israel;
a craftsman made it;
it is not God.
wThe calf of Samaria
xshall be broken to pieces.
Or  shall go up in flames

Hosea 13:2

2And now they sin more and more,
and zmake for themselves metal images,
idols skillfully made of their silver,
aaall of them the work of craftsmen.
It is said of them,
“Those who offer human sacrifice abkiss calves!”
