Exodus 33:11
11Thus athe Lord used to speak to Moses face to face, as a man speaks to his friend. When Moses turned again into the camp, his bassistant Joshua the son of Nun, a young man, would not depart from the tent.Exodus 33:20
20But,” he said, “you cannot see my face, for cman shall not see me and live.”Exodus 33:22-23
22and while my glory passes by I will put you in a dcleft of the rock, and I will ecover you with my hand until I have passed by. 23Then I will take away my hand, and you shall see my back, but my face shall fnot be seen.”Deuteronomy 34:10
