Exodus 33:18-19

18 Moses said, “Please ^ashow me your glory.” 19 And he said, ^b“I will make all my goodness pass before you and will proclaim before you my name ‘The Lord.’ And ^cI will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and will show mercy on whom I will show mercy.

1 Samuel 4:21-22
