Exodus 35:21
21And they came, aeveryone whose heart stirred him, and everyone whose spirit moved him, band brought the Lord’s contribution to be used for the tent of meeting, and for all its service, and for the holy garments.Exodus 35:29

The Proclamation of Cyrus
1 jIn the first year of Cyrus king of Persia, kthat the word of the Lord by the mouth of Jeremiah might be fulfilled, the Lord stirred up the spirit of Cyrus king of Persia, so lthat he made a proclamation throughout all his kingdom and also put it in writing:Ezra 1:5
