Exodus 4:11
11Then the Lord said to him, “Who has made man’s mouth? Who makes him mute, or deaf, or seeing, or blind? Is it not I, the Lord?Ezekiel 3:26
26And I will make your tongue cling to the roof of your mouth, so that ayou shall be mute and unable to reprove them, bfor they are a rebellious house.Ezekiel 24:27
27On that day your mouth cwill be opened to the fugitive, and you shall speak and be no longer mute. dSo you will be a sign to them, and ethey will know that I am the Lord.”Luke 1:22
