Exodus 4:11-12

11Then the Lord said to him, “Who has made man’s mouth? Who makes him mute, or deaf, or seeing, or blind? Is it not I, the Lord? 12Now therefore go, and aI will be with your mouth and teach you what you shall speak.”

Ezekiel 11:25

25And I told the exiles all the things that the Lord had shown me.

Ezekiel 24:27

27On that day your mouth bwill be opened to the fugitive, and you shall speak and be no longer mute. cSo you will be a sign to them, and dthey will know that I am the Lord.”

well on an instrument, for jthey hear what you say, but they will not do it.
