Exodus 4:11-12

11Then the Lord said to him, “Who has made man’s mouth? Who makes him mute, or deaf, or seeing, or blind? Is it not I, the Lord? 12Now therefore go, and aI will be with your mouth and teach you what you shall speak.”

Numbers 11:25-29

25Then bthe Lord came down in the cloud and spoke to him, and took some of the Spirit that was on him and put it on the seventy elders. And as soon as the Spirit rested on them, they prophesied. But they did not continue doing it.

26Now two men remained in the camp, one named Eldad, and the other named Medad, and the Spirit rested on them. They were among those registered, but they chad not gone out to the tent, and so they prophesied in the camp. 27And a young man ran and told Moses, “Eldad and Medad are prophesying in the camp.” 28And dJoshua the son of Nun, the assistant of Moses from his youth, said, “My lord Moses, estop them.” 29But Moses said to him, “Are you jealous for my sake? fWould that all the Lord’s people were prophets, that the Lord would put his Spirit on them!”

1 Samuel 10:10

10When they came to gGibeah,
 Gibeah means the hill
behold, a group of prophets met him, iand the Spirit of God rushed upon him, and he prophesied among them.

2 Samuel 23:2

2 j“The Spirit of the Lord speaks by me;
his word is on my tongue.

Isaiah 59:21

21“And as for me, kthis is my covenant with them,” says the Lord: “My Spirit that is upon you, land my words that I have put in your mouth, shall not depart out of your mouth, or out of the mouth of your offspring, or out of the mouth of your children’s offspring,” says the Lord, “from this time forth and forevermore.”

Jeremiah 1:7-9

7But the Lord said to me,

“Do not say, ‘I am only a youth’;
for to all to whom I send you, you shall go,
and mwhatever I command you, you shall speak.
8 nDo not be afraid of them,
ofor I am with you to deliver you,

declares the Lord.”
9 pThen the Lord put out his hand and qtouched my mouth. And the Lord said to me,

Behold, I have put rmy words in your mouth.
