Korah’s Rebellion
1Now bKorah the son of Izhar, son of Kohath, son of Levi, and cDathan and Abiram the sons of Eliab, and On the son of Peleth, sons of Reuben, took men.Numbers 16:32
32And the earth opened its mouth and swallowed them up, with their households and dall the people who belonged to Korah and all their goods.Numbers 26:9-11
9The sons of Eliab: Nemuel, Dathan, and Abiram. These are the Dathan and Abiram, echosen from the congregation, who contended against Moses and Aaron in the company of Korah, when they contended against the Lord 10and fthe earth opened its mouth and swallowed them up together with Korah, when that company died, when the fire devoured 250 men, and gthey became a warning. 11But hthe sons of Korah did not die.1 Chronicles 6:22

for the courts of the Lord;
my heart and flesh sing for joy

and the swallow a nest for herself,
where she may lay her young,
at your altars, O Lord of hosts,
smy King and my God.
4 tBlessed are those who dwell in your house,
ever usinging your praise! Selah
