Exodus 6:26

26These are the Aaron and Moses ato whom the Lord said: “Bring out the people of Israel from the land of Egypt bby their hosts.”

Nehemiah 9:9-14

9 c“And you saw the affliction of our fathers in Egypt and heard dtheir cry at the Red Sea, 10 eand performed signs and wonders against Pharaoh and all his servants and all the people of his land, for you knew that fthey acted arrogantly against our fathers. And gyou made a name for yourself, as it is to this day. 11 hAnd you divided the sea before them, so that they went through the midst of the sea on dry land, and you cast their pursuers into the depths, ias a stone into mighty waters. 12By ja pillar of cloud you led them in the day, and by a pillar of fire in the night to light for them the way in which they should go. 13 kYou came down on Mount Sinai land spoke with them from heaven and gave them mright rules and true laws, good statutes and commandments, 14 nand you made known to them your holy Sabbath and commanded them commandments and statutes and a law by Moses your servant.

Psalms 77:19-20

19Your oway was through the sea,
your path through the great waters;
yet your footprints pwere unseen.

20You rled your people like a flock
by the hand of Moses and Aaron.

Psalms 78:12-72

12In the sight of their fathers she performed wonders
in the land of Egypt, in tthe fields of Zoan.
13He udivided the sea and let them pass through it,
and made the waters vstand like a heap.
14 wIn the daytime he led them with a cloud,
and all the night with a fiery light.
15He xsplit rocks in the wilderness
and gave them drink abundantly as from the deep.
16He made streams come out of ythe rock
and caused waters to flow down like rivers.
17 Yet they sinned still more against him,
zrebelling against the Most High in the desert.
18They aatested God in their heart
by demanding the food they craved.
19They spoke against God, saying,
abCan God acspread a table in the wilderness?
20 adHe struck the rock so that water gushed out
and streams overflowed.
Can he also give bread
or provide meat for his people?”
21 Therefore, when the Lord heard, he was full of wrath;
aea fire was kindled against Jacob;
his anger rose against Israel,
22because they afdid not believe in God
and did not trust his saving power.
23Yet he commanded the skies above
and agopened the doors of heaven,
24and he ahrained down on them manna to eat
and gave them aithe grain of heaven.
25Man ate of the bread of ajthe angels;
he sent them food akin abundance.
26He alcaused the east wind to blow in the heavens,
and by his power he led out the south wind;
27he rained meat on them like amdust,
winged birds like anthe sand of the seas;
28he aolet them fall in the midst of their camp,
all around their dwellings.
29And they apate and were well filled,
for he gave them what they aqcraved.
30But before they had satisfied their craving,
arwhile the food was still in their mouths,
31the anger of God rose against them,
and he killed asthe strongest of them
and laid low atthe young men of Israel.
32 In spite of all this, they austill sinned;
avdespite his wonders, they did not believe.
33So he made awtheir days axvanish like
Hebrew in
a breath,
Or vapor

and their years in terror.
34When he killed them, they basought him;
they repented and sought God earnestly.
35They remembered that God was their bbrock,
the Most High God their bcredeemer.
36But they bdflattered him with their mouths;
they belied to him with their tongues.
37Their bfheart was not bgsteadfast toward him;
they were not faithful to his covenant.
38Yet he, being bhcompassionate,
biatoned for their iniquity
and did not destroy them;
he restrained his anger often
and did not stir up all his wrath.
39He bjremembered that they were but bkflesh,
bla wind that passes and comes not again.
40How often they bmrebelled against him in the wilderness
and bngrieved him in bothe desert!
41They bptested God again and again
and provoked bqthe Holy One of Israel.
42They brdid not remember his power
Hebrew hand

or the day when he redeemed them from the foe,
43 btwhen he performed his busigns in Egypt
and his bvmarvels in bwthe fields of Zoan.
44He bxturned their rivers to blood,
so that they could not drink of their streams.
45He sent among them swarms of byflies, which devoured them,
and bzfrogs, which destroyed them.
46He gave their crops to cathe destroying locust
and the fruit of their labor to the locust.
47He destroyed their vines with cbhail
and their sycamores with frost.
48He gave over their cccattle to the hail
and their flocks to thunderbolts.
49He let loose on them his burning anger,
wrath, indignation, and distress,
a company of cddestroying angels.
50He made a path for his anger;
he did not spare them from death,
but gave their lives over to the plague.
51He struck down every cefirstborn in Egypt,
the firstfruits of their strength in the tents of cfHam.
52Then he led out his people cglike sheep
and guided them in the wilderness like a flock.
53 chHe led them in safety, so that they ciwere not afraid,
but cjthe sea overwhelmed their enemies.
54And he brought them to his ckholy land,
clto the mountain which his right hand had cmwon.
55He cndrove out nations before them;
he coapportioned them for a possession
and settled the tribes of Israel in their tents.
56 Yet they cptested and cqrebelled against the Most High God
and did not keep his testimonies,
57but turned away and acted treacherously like their fathers;
they twisted like cra deceitful bow.
58For they csprovoked him to anger with their cthigh places;
they cumoved him to jealousy with their cvidols.
59When God heard, he was full of cwwrath,
and he utterly rejected Israel.
60He cxforsook his dwelling at cyShiloh,
the tent where he dwelt among mankind,
61and delivered his czpower to captivity,
his daglory to the hand of the foe.
62He dbgave his people over to the sword
and dcvented his wrath on his heritage.
63 ddFire devoured their young men,
and their young women had no demarriage song.
64Their dfpriests fell by the sword,
and their dgwidows made no lamentation.
65Then the Lord dhawoke as from sleep,
like a strong man shouting because of wine.
66And he diput his adversaries to rout;
he put them to everlasting shame.
67 He rejected the tent of djJoseph;
he did not choose the tribe of Ephraim,
68but he chose the tribe of Judah,
Mount Zion, which he dkloves.
69He dlbuilt his sanctuary like the high heavens,
like the earth, which he has founded forever.
70He dmchose David his servant
and took him from the sheepfolds;
71from dnfollowing the nursing ewes he brought him
to doshepherd Jacob his people,
Israel his dpinheritance.
72With dqupright heart he shepherded them
and drguided them with his skillful hand.

Psalms 99:6

6 dsMoses and Aaron were among his dtpriests,
Samuel also was among those who ducalled upon his name.
They dvcalled to the Lord, and he answered them.

Psalms 105:26

26 He dwsent Moses, his servant,
and Aaron, dxwhom he had chosen.

Psalms 105:41

41He opened the rock, and dywater gushed out;
it flowed through dzthe desert like a river.
