3Then Moses said to the people, d“Remember this day in which you came out from Egypt, out of the house of slavery, efor by a strong hand the Lord brought you out from this place. fNo leavened bread shall be eaten.Deuteronomy 5:15

in the land of Egypt, and the Lord your God brought you out from there iwith a mighty hand and an outstretched arm. Therefore the Lord your God commanded you to keep the Sabbath day. Deuteronomy 6:21
