Exodus 7:9

9 “When Pharaoh says to you, ^a‘Prove yourselves by working a miracle,’ then you shall say to Aaron, ‘Take your staff and cast it down before Pharaoh, that it may become a serpent.’”

Exodus 11:9-10

9 Then the Lord said to Moses, ^b“Pharaoh will not listen to you, that ^cmy wonders may be multiplied in the land of Egypt.”

10 Moses and Aaron did all these wonders before Pharaoh, and the Lord ^dhardened Pharaoh’s heart, and he did not let the people of Israel go out of his land.
