Ezekiel 14:8-10

8And aI will set my face against that man; I bwill make him a sign and a byword cand cut him off from the midst of my people, dand you shall know that I am the Lord. 9And if the prophet is deceived and speaks a word, eI, the Lord, have deceived that prophet, and I will stretch out my hand against him and will destroy him from the midst of my people Israel. 10And they shall bear their punishment
Or iniquity; three times in this verse
—the punishment of the prophet and the punishment of the inquirer shall be alike—

Daniel 9:5-8

5 gwe have sinned and done wrong and acted wickedly hand rebelled, turning aside from your commandments and rules. 6 iWe have not listened to jyour servants the prophets, who spoke in your name to kour kings, our princes, and our fathers, and to all the people of the land. 7To you, lO Lord, belongs righteousness, but to us open shame, as at this day, to the men of Judah, to the inhabitants of Jerusalem, and to all Israel, mthose who are near and nthose who are far away, in oall the lands to which you have driven them, because of pthe treachery that they have committed against you. 8To us, O Lord, belongs open shame, to our kings, to our princes, and to our fathers, because qwe have sinned against you.

Hosea 4:9

9 rAnd it shall be like people, like priest;
I will punish them for their ways
and repay them for their deeds.

Ephesians 6:8-9

8 sknowing that whatever good anyone does, this he will receive back from the Lord, twhether he is a bondservant
