Ezekiel 16:48-56

48 aAs I live, declares the Lord God, your sister bSodom and her daughters have not done as you and your daughters have done. 49Behold, this was the guilt of your sister Sodom: she and her daughters had pride, cexcess of food, and prosperous ease, but did not aid the poor and needy. 50They were haughty and ddid an abomination before me. So eI removed them, when I saw it. 51 fSamaria has not committed half your sins. You have committed more abominations than they, and ghave made your sisters appear righteous by all the abominations that you have committed. 52 hBear your disgrace, you also, for you have intervened on behalf of your sisters. Because of your sins in which you acted more abominably than they, they are more in the right than you. So be ashamed, you also, and bear your disgrace, for you have made your sisters appear righteous.

53 i“I will restore their fortunes, both the fortunes of Sodom and her daughters, and the fortunes of Samaria and her daughters, and I will restore your own fortunes in their midst, 54that you may bear your disgrace jand be ashamed of all that you have done, kbecoming a consolation to them. 55As for your sisters, Sodom and her daughters shall return to their former state, land Samaria and her daughters shall return mto their former state, nand you and your daughters shall return oto your former state. 56Was not your sister Sodom a byword in your mouth pin the day of your pride,

For if the mighty works done in you had been done in Sodom, it would have remained until this day. 24 vBut I tell you that wit will be more tolerable on xthe day of judgment for the land of Sodom than for you.”

Mark 6:11

11And if any place will not receive you and they will not listen to you, when you leave, yshake off the dust that is on your feet zas a testimony against them.”

Luke 10:11-12

11 aaEven the dust of your town that clings to our feet we wipe off against you. Nevertheless know this, that abthe kingdom of God has come near.’ 12I tell you, acit will be more bearable on adthat day for Sodom than for that town.

John 15:22-24

22If I had not come and spoken to them, aethey would not have been guilty of sin,
Greek  they would not have sin; also verse 24
but now they have no excuse for their sin.
