Ezekiel 18:28

28Because he considered and turned away from all the transgressions that he had committed, he shall surely live; he shall not die.

Haggai 1:5-9

5Now, therefore, thus says the Lord of hosts: aConsider your ways. 6 bYou have sown much, and harvested little. cYou eat, but you never have enough; you drink, but you never have your fill. You clothe yourselves, but no one is warm. And he who dearns wages does so to put them into a bag with holes.

7Thus says the Lord of hosts: eConsider your ways. 8Go up to the hills and bring wood and build the house, that fI may take pleasure in it and that gI may be glorified, says the Lord. 9 hYou looked for much, and behold, it came to little. And when you brought it home, iI blew it away. Why? declares the Lord of hosts. Because of my house jthat lies in ruins, while each of you busies himself with his own house.

1 Corinthians 11:28

28 kLet a person examine himself, then, and so eat of the bread and drink of the cup.

1 Corinthians 11:31

31 lBut if we judged
Or discerned
ourselves truly, we would not be judged.

2 Corinthians 13:5

5Examine yourselves, to see whether you are in the faith. nTest yourselves. Or do you not realize this about yourselves, that oJesus Christ is in you?—unless indeed you fail to meet the test!
