Ezekiel 18:5-9

5If a man is righteous and does awhat is just and right 6if he bdoes not eat upon the mountains or clift up his eyes to the idols of the house of Israel, ddoes not defile his neighbor’s wife eor approach fa woman in her time of menstrual impurity, 7 gdoes not oppress anyone, but hrestores to the debtor his pledge, icommits no robbery, jgives his bread to the hungry kand covers the naked with a garment, 8 ldoes not lend at interest mor take any profit,
That is, profit that comes from charging interest to the poor; also verses 13, 17 (compare Leviticus 25:36)
withholds his hand from injustice, oexecutes true justice between man and man,
9 pwalks in my statutes, and keeps my rules by acting faithfully—he is righteous; qhe shall surely live, declares the Lord God.

Romans 2:13

13For rit is not the hearers of the law who are righteous before God, but the doers of the law who will be justified.
