Ezekiel 24:21

21Say to the house of Israel, Thus says the Lord God: aBehold, I will profane my sanctuary, the pride of your power, the delight of your eyes, and the yearning of your soul, and byour sons and your daughters whom you left behind shall fall by the sword.

Ezekiel 43:7

7and he said to me, cSon of man, this is dthe place of my throne and ethe place of the soles of my feet, fwhere I will dwell in the midst of the people of Israel forever. And the house of Israel shall no more gdefile my holy name, neither they, nor their kings, by their whoring and by the dead bodies

Daniel 8:11-13

11 jIt became great, even as great as kthe Prince of the host. lAnd the regular burnt offering was taken away from him, and the place of his sanctuary was overthrown. 12And a host will be given over to it together with the regular burnt offering because of transgression,
Or in an act of rebellion
and it will throw truth to the ground, and nit will act and prosper.
13Then I heard oa holy one speaking, and another holy one said to the one who spoke, p“For how long is the vision concerning the regular burnt offering, qthe transgression that makes desolate, and the giving over of the sanctuary and host to be trampled underfoot?”

Luke 21:24

24They will fall by the edge of the sword and rbe led captive among all nations, and sJerusalem will be trampled underfoot by the Gentiles, tuntil the times of the Gentiles are fulfilled.

Revelation of John 11:2

2but do not measure uthe court outside the temple; leave that out, for vit is given over to the nations, and they will trample the holy city for wforty-two months.
