Why Will You Die, Israel?

10 “And you, ^ason of man, say to the house of Israel, Thus have you said: ‘Surely our transgressions and our sins are upon us, and ^bwe rot away because of them. ^cHow then can we live?’

John 8:21-24

21 So he said to them again, ^d“I am going away, and ^eyou will seek me, and ^fyou will die in your sin. Where I am going, you cannot come.” 22 So the Jews said, ^g“Will he kill himself, since he says, ‘Where I am going, you cannot come’?” 23 He said to them, ^h“You are from below; I am from above. ⁱYou are of this world; ^jI am not of this world. 24 I told you that you ^kwould die in your sins, for ^lunless you believe that ^mI am he you will die in your sins.”

Acts 5:31

Acts 13:38-39
