Ezekiel 36:4

4therefore, O mountains of Israel, hear the word of the Lord God: Thus says the Lord God to dthe mountains and the hills, the ravines and the valleys, ethe desolate wastes and the deserted cities, which have become fa prey and derision to the rest of the nations all around,

Obadiah 12-13

12 gBut do not gloat over the day of your brother
in the day of his misfortune;
hdo not rejoice over the people of Judah
in the day of their ruin;
ido not boast
Hebrew  do not enlarge your mouth

in the day of distress.
13 kDo not enter the gate of my people
in the day of their calamity;
ldo not gloat over his disaster
in the day of his calamity;
mdo not loot his wealth
in the day of his calamity.

Micah 7:8-10

8 nRejoice not over me, O omy enemy;
pwhen I fall, I shall rise;
qwhen I sit in darkness,
the Lord will be a light to me.
9 rI will bear the indignation of the Lord
because I have sinned against him,
until she pleads my cause
and executes judgment for me.
tHe will bring me out to the light;
I shall look upon his vindication.
10Then umy enemy will see,
and shame will cover her who vsaid to me,
Where is the Lord your God?”
wMy eyes will look upon her;
now she will be trampled down
xlike the mire of the streets.

Zephaniah 2:8

8 “I have heard ythe taunts of Moab
and zthe revilings of the Ammonites,
how they have taunted my people
and made boasts aaagainst their territory.

Zephaniah 2:10

10This shall be their lot in return abfor their pride,
because they taunted and boasted
against the people of the Lord of hosts.
